One side is covered with fringed edge, black and red tartan plaid, flannel fabric. It is layered with a with an oversized, grosgrain ribbon bow with a button detail. The other side is decoupaged with coordinating papers in a cute scalloped design. Carry shopping, on a girls' night out, to parties and more!
